Beneficiaries of the Terlingua Preservation Society's Terlingua 2014 included:

Terlingua Fire and EMS - received $5300 cash, sold TFEMS tee shirts to participants and spectators at Maverick Ranch track event day.

Terlingua High School activity and scholarship funds - enthusiastic students raised over $6170 cash, $870 of it as they gained memorable "hands on" experience by washing a wide variety of awesome vehicles designed by Carroll Shelby. PLUS, an additional $8000 was raised toward a college scholarship fund.

ActiVets - "Healing the Wounds of War with Wilderness" - received $5300.

Family Crisis Center of the Big Bend - received $5040.

Many local businesses enjoyed support during their normal "shoulder season" through purchases by event participants of gas, food, lodging, gifts, and services. All supplies and services for the event were purchased in and around the Big Bend community. 

Many, many local residents came out and enjoyed free time with event participants and their awesome Shelby cars. The Alpine car show at The Stable was offered free to the community as was observation of all speed events at Lajitas.
